Richard is a California native, an 8-year Veteran of the U.S. Navy, and a retired Transportation Manager. He is a Life Member and Volunteer for the CRPA (California Rifle and Pistol Association) and a Co-Chair of the Riverside Chapter. He is an alternate on the Riverside County GOP, a Member of RRA (Riverside Republican Assembly), and a participating member of the RTPP (Redlands Tea Party Patriots) and the Unite Inland Empire Coalition of Conservative Organizations.
Richard is dedicated to restoring the Republic of the United States of America, and to re-implementing these principles to the formerly great State of California. Richard seeks to restore the culture which at one time respected Parents’ Rights, protected Children, maintained Fiscal Sanity, and established the Rule of Law. He rejects recent efforts at Centralized Social Engineering, and seeks to reverse the Progressive Degeneration of Civil Society.
