Longtime advocates for School Choice, Secure Borders, and Election Integrity, the Hausers are retired from careers in Biomedical Research, and Gerontology, respectively. Doug has degrees in Math and Biology, and has studied and published papers on subjects as diverse as Skin Kinetics, Fertility problems, and the Neuropathology of Alzheimer’s Disease. He has also been a teacher. a professional musician, and worked as a mechanical inspector on the factory floor. Janice got her degree in Gerontology from USC, has been licensed to be a Residential Care Facility administrator, and has worked with both well elderly and those with dementing illnesses. She also has a Certificate in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at USC. Before that, she had an extensive career as a Political Consultant, both in her native San Diego and at the national level. They currently live in San Bernardino.
