Dale is a practicing physician in Redlands. He is a CAGOP delegate and an active member of the Redlands Tea Party Patriots and San Bernardino County Patriots. He was a major donor for the Educational Freedom Act of 2022, a school choice ballot initiative sponsored by Californians for School Choice. He has circulated and collected signatures for numerous Conservative ballot initiatives over the last 20 years. He feels strongly that the ballot initiative process is one of the most powerful ways that citizens can exercise self-governance and hold Sacramento accountable for the egregious laws it passes.
