Fred is the author of seven published books, and the publisher of several other authors. He is a Board Member of the international non-profit, The National Coalition of Free Men. After winning the landmark cases Woods v Horton and Woods v Shewry in 2008, Fred was tasked with monitoring the Los Angeles County Council on Domestic Violence each month for six years to make sure that there was compliance with the court ruling and law.

During the eighteen-month incarceration of Doctor of Law Richard I. Fine, Fred acted as his agent, going to the jail each week multiple times to get his litigation, type it, format it and file it. This intense study made him an authority on Fraud Upon the Court. Fred has filed litigation in every venue including local courts, superior courts, Federal court, State Appellate court, State Supreme court, 9th Circuit Federal Appellate, and even the United State Supreme Court.
